摘  要:为解决某公司LS型净水器产品生产线上工序分配不合理和物料安置不当导致的生产平衡率低的问题,通过秒表测时进行双手作业分析,采用模特排时法、5W1H提问法,基于取消(Eliminate)、合并(Combine)、重组(Rearrange)、简化(Simple)四原则,结合实际生产情况和产品生产要求,改善了生产线瓶颈工序,提高了生产线平衡率。先后通过4次改善,将生产线平衡率从56.15%提高到了85.35%。用FlexSim仿真软件建立模型,验证了该生产线优化方案的可行性与效果。In order to solve the production balance and efficiency problems caused by unreasonable process allocation,redundant arrangement of workers and inconvenient placement of materials in the LS product production line of x water purifier company,a production line improvement research based on industrial engineering optimization technology is proposed.Through stopwatch time measurement,two hand operation analysis,mod time arrangement method,5W1H questioning method,ECRS four principles and other methods,combined with the actual production situation of workers and product production requirements,the bottleneck station is solved,and the uncoordinated pace of the process is eliminated.Through four improvements successively,the balance rate of the production line is improved from 56.15%to 85.35%.Finally,FlexSim 3D simulation software is used to establish a model to verify the feasibility and effect of the optimization scheme of the production line.
