摘　　要：文章从服务设计思维探究母婴室婴儿护理台设计的思路,旨在提升用户群体的使用体验与情感体验。文章通过调查国内母婴室婴儿护理台的设计现状,分析现有护理台的特点及存在的问题,结合服务设计思维,从服务设计系统性的角度分析设计的机会点。通过确定目标用户、构建用户画像、绘制用户旅程图以明确用户的行为特征与真正需求,将服务设计思维工具贯穿于护理台设计中。在充分考虑以用户为中心原则的基础上提升产品的情感功能,进行公共空间独立母婴室的婴儿护理台设计实践,以期为母婴室婴儿护理台设计提供一定的借鉴。This paper explores the design of the baby care table in the mother and baby room from the perspective of service design thinking,aiming at improving the use and emotional experience of the user group.By investigating the design status of the baby care table in the mother and baby room in China,the characteristics and existing problems of the baby care table are analyzed,and the design opportunities are found from the perspective of systematic service design.Through identifying target users,constructing user portraits and drawing user journey diagrams to clarify user behavior characteristics and real needs,the service design thinking tool runs through the design process of nursing desk.On the basis of fully considering the user-centered principle,the emotional function of the product is improved,and the design practice is carried out for the baby care table in the independent mother and baby room in the public space.In order to provide some reference for the design of infant nursing table in mother and baby room.
