摘　　要：从复杂自适应系统(complex adaptive system,CAS)理论视角探索公立医院绩效评价体系构建方式,借助Donabedian评价模型将医院绩效评价置于CAS理论研究框架,构建集科学性、系统性为一体的公立医院规制管理绩效评价工具。以CAS理论为基础,在目标导向、评价方法和评价维度方面为公立医院绩效评价改革提供新思路。From the perspective of complex adaptive system(CAS)theory,it explores the construction of a new perfomance evaluation system for public hospitals.Based on the Donabedian evaluation model,hospital performance evaluation is placed under the framework of CAS theory,and a scientific and systematic perfomance evaluation tool for regulation and management of public hospitals is constructed.CAS theory can provide new ideas for the reform of performance evaluation of public hospitals in terms of goal orientation,evaluation methods and evaluation dimensions.
