摘　　要：在突发公共事件中,大型综合公立医院在紧急医疗救援和疾病预防控制等方面充当了重要的角色。医院如何应对各类灾难事故和突发公共卫生事件,建立一套运行高效、管理完善的应急响应体系已是大势所趋,医院的应急处置管理重要性已经日显重要。分享了北京某大型公立综合医院在探索建立医院应急处置响应机制和体系方面的经验,归纳总结了医院在应急管理方面普遍存在的问题,详细介绍了医院在应急管理体系建设方面的探索与实践,以期能给其他医疗机构的应急管理和应急处置提供借鉴和参考。In emergency public events,large general public hospitals play an important role in emergency medical rescue and disease prevention and control.It has become increasingly important for hospitals to respond to all types of catastrophic accidents and public health emergencies and to establish a set of highly efficient and well-managed emergency response systems,and the importance of emergency response management in hospitals has become increasingly important.Taking the Peking university People's Hospital as an example,it shares the experience in exploring the establishment of a hospital emergency response mechanism and system,summarises the common problems in emergency management in hospitals,and introduces in detail the exploration and practice of the hospital in building an emergency management system,with a view to providing reference for the emergency management and emergency response of other medical institutions.
