摘 要:三级医院在提供高水平医疗服务的过程中,时常不可避免地发生医疗纠纷而产生经济赔偿。对于赔偿金额如何与医务人员进行分摊,提出建立三阶递减的分摊机制、落实防范措施与减少分摊比例的联动机制。建立该机制的目的是进一步强化医务人员的质量安全责任,充分保护其工作积极性,并引导其主动采取防范措施,从而减少医疗纠纷和提高医疗质量。该机制在北京积水潭医院运行1年来,医疗纠纷数量增长率明显低于业务量增长率。In the process of providing high--level medical services,medical disputes often and inevitably occur in tertiary hospitals which lead to compensation payments.For how the amount of compensation could be apportioned among medical staff,it proposed to establish a 3-descending-order apportioning mechanism,and a linkage be tween implementing precautions against medical disputes and decreasing apportioning proporion of compensation.The purpose of establishing the mechanism is to further strengthen the responsibility of medical staff for quality safe-ty,to fully keep their enthusiasm for the work,and to guide them to take preventive actions proactively,thereby re-ducing medical disputes and improving the quality of medical treatment.During the 1-year operation of this mecha-nism in the Beijing Jishuitan Hospital,the number of new medical disputes has decdined significantly.
