摘　　要：目的调查新冠疫情初期抗疫一线医务人员的健康状况及影响因素,为相关政策提供参考依据。方法研究采用整群抽样的方法,对3个城市8家医院抗疫一线的医务人员开展问卷调查,最终获得有效问卷1163份。采用描述性分析、方差分析、t检验与多元线性回归分析进行分析。结果调查对象总体健康评分整体较好,不同工作情况的一线医务人员健康状况差异有统计学意义。每日连续工作时间超过8小时的一线医务人员(P=0.003)总体健康评分更低,能够正常吃三餐(P=0.009)、每日饮水量超过800 m L(P<0.001)的一线医务人员总体健康评分更高。对防护物资供给满意的医务人员(P=0.005)、对经济补助满意的医务人员(P=0.006)以及对人力资源满意的医务人员(P=0.002)总体健康评分更高。结论应当合理安排医务人员的工作时长,系统地给予一线医务人员所需支持,保障其身心健康。Objective To investigate and study the health status and influencing factors of front-line medical staff in the early stage of COVID--19 epidemic,and provide reference for relevant policy decisions.Methods Cluster sampling was used,questionnaire surveys were conducted among font-line healthcare workers who were fighting against the epidemic from eight hospitals in three cities,and 1163 valid questionnaires were finally obtained.Descriptive analy-sis,analysis of variance,t-test and multiple linear regression analysis were used for analysis.Results In total,the VAS scores of the respondents were well.The difference in health status between frontline medical staff in dif-ferent work situations was statistically significant.Front-line healthcare workers who worked continuously for more than 8 hours a day(P=0.003)showed lower VAS score,front-line healthcare workers who could eat three meals normaly(P=0.009)and who could drink more than 800 mL of water per day(P<0.001)showed higher VAS score.Front-line healthcare workers who were satisfied with the supply of protective matenials(P=0.005),who were satisfied with economic subsidies(P=0.006),and who were satisfied with human resources(P=0.002)showed higher VAS scores.Conchusion The working hours of medical staff should be reasonably arranged,and the necessary support should be given to the front-line me dical staff systematically to ensure their physical and mental health.
