摘　　要：为了研究高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(HP-PRRSV)CHC001毒株对不同消毒剂的敏感性,本试验选取浓戊二醛、5%聚维酮碘、复方新洁尔灭和过硫酸氢钾复合粉4种消毒剂,依照2002年版《消毒技术规范》,分别采用悬液滴定法、中和剂鉴定试验和细胞培养法,在不同浓度和温度下检测消毒剂作用1、3、10和20 min后CHC001的滴度,以及CHC001对消毒剂的敏感性。结果显示,4种消毒剂按照使用说明要求配制浓度,在4℃和26℃环境下与病毒作用10 min后,CHC001均可被彻底灭活。结果表明,HP-PRRSV CHC001毒株对所选消毒剂均有较高敏感性。To investigate the sensitivity of highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(HP-PRRSV)CHC001 strain to different disinfectants,this study selected glutaraldehyde,5%povidone-iodine,compound bromogeramine,and potassium monopersulfate compound powder as four disinfectants.According to the 2002 version of“Disinfection Technical Specifications”,suspension titration,neutralizer identification test,and cell culture method were used to detect the titers of CHC001 after 1,3,10,and 20 minutes of exposure to disinfectants at different concentrations and temperatures,as well as the sensitivity of CHC001 to the disinfectants.The results showed that when the four disinfectants were prepared at the recommended concentrations and exposed to the virus for 10 minutes at 4℃and 26℃,CHC001 was completely inactivated.These results indicate that HP-PRRSV CHC001 strain exhibits high sensitivity to the selected disinfectants.
