摘 要:随着国内经济发展,企业之间竞争愈发激烈,如何通过仓储设施选址对配送网络进行优化成为重点关注的问题。本文以G公司为例,针对G公司目前存在的配送成本高、服务水平较低等问题,通过建立运筹学模型重新选址,并利用Supply Chain Guru X软件进行选址结果仿真模拟,对比分析重新选址对配送网络的改善效果。此外,近年来全球突发事件发生频率增高,企业仓储设施的运营决策面临挑战。因此,针对不同的突发事件建立仿真模型,研究探索优化后的仓储设施运营决策具有现实意义。With the development of the domestic economy,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more intense,and how to optimize the distribution network through the location of storage facilities has become a key concern.In this paper,company G is used as an example.In response to the problems of high distribution costs and low service levels,an operations research model is developed to re-siting company G.The results are simulated using Supply Chain Guru X software,and the effect of re-siting on the distribution network is compared and analyzed.In addition,the frequency of global emergencies has increased in recent years,and the operational decisions of corporate warehousing facilities are facing challenges.Therefore,a simulation model has been developed to explore the operational decisions of optimized warehousing facilities for different contingencies.
