摘　　要：创新现代产业学院人才培养模式,提升人才培养质量,是化解新时期高校人才培养与企业人才需求不匹配的关键举措,也是新文科建设的重要实践。本文融入新文科理念,探讨江苏科技大学船海装备智慧供应链产业学院人才培养模式改革的总体思路,从人才培养方案、实践教学体系、教学模式与方法、师资队伍、课程与教材资源、教育教学质量六大方面探究人才培养模式改革的实现路径,并总结人才培养模式改革取得的经验,以期为相关高校现代产业学院人才培养提供思路和借鉴。Innovating the talent training mode of modern industrial college can improve the quality of talent training.This is a key measure to address the mismatch between college talent training in universities and enterprise talent demand in the new era,and it is also an important practice in the construction of new liberal arts.This paper integrates the new liberal arts concept,and explores the overall approach to the reform of talent training mode in the School of Ship and Sea Equipment Smart Supply Chain Industry at Jiangsu University of Science and Technology.Then,explores the implementation path of talent training mode reform from six aspects:talent training plan,practical teaching system,teaching mode and methods,teacher team,curriculum and textbook resources,and education and teaching quality.At the same time,summarizes the experience gained from the reform of talent training mode is analyzed,hoping to provide ideas and references for the talent training of modern industrial colleges in relevant universities.
