摘　　要：热模法生产的大口径球墨铸铁管污水管,按照搅料-涂衬-养生的过程,在内壁涂衬高铝水泥砂浆。本文结合DN1600污水管的实际情况,从各个环节分析了高铝水泥砂浆内衬缺陷产生的原因及防治措施,从而有效提高了水泥砂浆涂衬质量,降低了废品率。The large caliber nodular cast iron sewage pipe produced by hot mold method is coated with high aluminum cement mortar on the inner wall according to the process of mixing,coating and health preservation.Based on the actual situation of DN1600 sewage pipe,this paper analyzes the causes and prevention measures of the lining defects of highalumina cement mortar from each link,so as to effectively improve the quality of cement mortar coating and reduce the rejection rate.
