摘 要:随着汽车产业的蓬勃发展和对制造工艺优化日益增长的需求,先进制造技术在汽车制造中的应用越来越广泛。激光拼焊技术因具有材料利用率高、成本低、适应性强等特点,被广泛应用于各知名品牌汽车制造企业的车身结构件制造中。为适应车身复杂结构件降本增效,质量提升等方面的要求,激光拼焊技术在冲压件的个性化定制方面具有独特且优异的表现。对激光拼焊工艺进行了概述,并就该工艺实现冲压件的个性化定制方面展开研究分析。With the rapid development of the automotive industry and the increasing demand for optimized manufacturing processes,advanced manufacturing technologies are becoming more and more widely used in automotive manufacturing.Laser welding technology,with its high material utilization,low cost,and strong adaptability,has been widely applied in the manufacturing of body structural components by various well-known and brand-name car manufacturers.In order to meet the requirements of cost reduction,efficiency improvement,and quality enhancement for complex body structure components,laser welding technology has shown unique and excellent performance in the personalized customization of parts.This article will provide an overview of laser welding processes and conduct research and analysis on the personalized customization of parts achieved by this technology.
