摘　　要：为解决化工离心泵机械密封失效问题,保证设备运行稳定性与安全性,减少设备产生故障问题的概率。文章结合化工离心泵运行原理,分析讨论其出现机械密封失效问题的主要原因,并结合原因为前提,提出与之相对应的解决对策,希望可以结合人员能力、安装精度、管理成效等多个角度,减少出现化工离心泵机械密封性能降低的情况,从而为推动化工生产企业高质量发展提供保障。To solve the problem of mechanical seal failure in chemical centrifugal pumps,ensure the stability and safety of equipment operation,and reduce the probability of equipment failure.This article analyzes and discusses the main causes of mechanical seal failure in chemical centrifugal pumps based on their operating principles,and proposes corresponding solutions based on the reasons.It is hoped that the reduction of mechanical seal performance in chemical centrifugal pumps can be reduced from multiple perspectives such as personnel capabilities,installation accuracy,and management effectiveness,thereby providing guarantees for promoting the high-quality development of chemical production enterprises.
