摘　　要：油井的套压影响着油套环形空间的动液面高度,动液面的高度决定了抽油泵的泵效,因此套压对油井的产量影响很大。而现有的定压放气阀因设计上的不足,不能快速准确地将套压调整到合理的范之内。针对此,研制了一种外调式放气阀,能够快速使套压恢复到合理的范围之内,达到提高泵效,增加原油产量的目的。The casing pressure of an oil well affects the height of the dynamic liquid level in the annular space of the oil jacket,which determines the pumping efficiency of the oil well pump.Therefore,the casing pressure has a significant impact on the production of the oil well.However,due to insufficient design,existing constant pressure relief valves cannot quickly and accurately adjust the casing pressure to a reasonable range.Therefore,an externally adjustable relief valve has been developed,which can quickly restore the casing pressure to a reasonable range and improve pump efficiency,the purpose of increasing crude oil production.
