高效液相色谱法测定消乳散结胶囊中香附烯酮和α-香附酮的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC色谱法测定消乳散结胶囊中香附烯酮和α-香附酮的含量。方法:采用ZORBAX SB-C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇-水(65∶35)作为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1);检测波长为254 nm;柱温30℃;进样体积5μL。结果:香附烯酮在0.422~2.53μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为1.000,α-香附酮在0.161~0.964μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为1.000;香附烯酮和α-香附酮的精密度、稳定性(24 h)、重复性实验的RSD均小于1.8%(n=6),平均加样回收率分别为99.9%,RSD为1.2%和100.5%,RSD为1.7%。结论:该检测方法专属性高,准确度良好,简单易行,为消乳散结胶囊的质量控制及评价提供依据。Objective:To establish a method for the cyperotundone andα-cyperone in Xiaorusanjie capsules.Methods:ZORBAX SB-C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)column was used with methanol-water(65∶35)as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^(-1).The detection wavelength was 254 nm.Column temperature 30℃.The injection volume was 5μL.Results:The linear range ofβ-cyperone was 0.422-2.53μg,r=1.000.The linear range ofα-cyperone was 0.161~0.964μg,r=1.000.The RSDs of precision,stability(24 h)and repeatability experiments were all less than 1.8%(n=6).The average recoveries were 99.9%(RSD=1.2%)and 100.5%(RSD=1.7%),respectively.Conclusion:The detection method has high specificity,good accuracy and simple operation,which provides a basis for the quality control and evaluation of XiaoruSanjie Capsules.
