摘 要:为防治高地温条件下采空区遗煤自然发火,研制一种新型高吸水性聚合物-矿用大骨料堆积隔离材料,通过实验测试高吸水性聚合物对煤自燃进程的阻燃特性。研究结果表明:高吸水性聚合物不仅具有良好的吸水性,而且在高温下固水能力强,如在90℃下保温180 min,水的失重率要比大骨料高出17%左右;封堵性能实验测得负压值持续保持在-0.028 MPa,具有很好的覆盖性和堆积性;程序升温煤氧化实验中,明显抑制了煤自燃氧化进程,增加了初始生成CO时间和CO的生成量。因此,矿用大骨料堆积隔离材料可作为一种有效地防治采空区煤炭自燃的新型防灭火材料。In order to prevent the natural ignition of coal in the goaf under high ground temperature conditions,a new superabsorbent polymer-mining bulk bulk accumulation isolation material was developed,and the flame retardant characteristics of superabsorbent polymer on the spontaneous combustion process of coal were tested by experiments.The results show that superabsorbent polymer not only has good water absorption,but also has strong water fixing ability at high temperature,such as 180 min at 90°C,the weight loss rate of water is about 17%higher than that of large aggregate;The negative pressure value measured in the plugging performance experiment was continuously maintained at-0.028 MPa,which had good coverage and stacking,and the programmed heating coal oxidation experiment obviously inhibited the spontaneous combustion oxidation process of coal,and increased the initial CO generation time and CO generation.Therefore,the bulk aggregate accumulation isolation material for mining can be used as a new type of fire-proof material to effectively prevent and control the spontaneous combustion of coal in goafs.
