摘 要:A核电厂机组大修后升功率期间因为汽轮机进汽阀门开度抖动导致功率异常波动,影响机组安全运行。经过系统的检查确定阀门开度抖动原因为定位器响应过于灵敏,频繁调节导致异常抖动。通过理论分析和试验验证在保持定位器整体性能的前提下通过减少伺服阀阀芯坡口打磨等工艺改进可以有效降低定位器抖动。During the period of power increase after the unit overhaul in a nuclear power plant,the power fluctuated abnormally due to the opening jitter of the steam inlet valve of the turbine,which affected the safe operation of the unit.Through the system inspection,it is determined that the reason for the valve opening jitter is that the positioner response is too sensitive and frequent adjustment leads to abnormal jitter.Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification,on the premise of maintaining the overall performance of the positioner,the chatter of the positioner can be effectively reduced by reducing the grinding of the groove of the servo valve spool and other technological improvements.
