摘　　要：基于全过程工程咨询质量评价的重要性以及目前相关研究较少的情况,本文通过阅读和筛选文献,确定了4个一级指标:运行体系、业务水平、成果质量和基本条件以及13个二级指标,构建了以AHP-CIM模型方法为基础的全过程工程咨询质量评价体系,并以甘肃省建筑设计研究院有限公司为例,对其全过程工程咨询质量等级进行了评价,验证了该评价体系的实用性,对实际中工程咨询企业的全过程工程咨询质量评价具有一定参考意义。Based on the importance of whole process engineering consulting quality evaluation and the limited research in this area,this paper identifies four primary indicators:operational system,professional competence,deliverable quality,and basic conditions,as well as thirteen secondary indicators through literature review and selection.It constructs a whole process engineering consulting quality evaluation system based on the AHP-CIM model method.Taking Gansu Provincial Architectural Design Institute Co.,Ltd.as an example,the paper evaluates the quality level of its whole process engineering consulting and verifies the practicality of the evaluation system.This study provides a reference for the evaluation of whole process engineering consulting quality in practical engineering consulting companies.
