摘  要:顶推施工工法具有施工速度快、耗费低、安全系数高、环境影响较小以及良好的经济效益等优势。据宁波三四线项目规划,及余姚江现行通航条件,余姚江特大桥主跨施工若采用整体支架原位拼装,需大量临时结构,并对余姚江航运、既有杭深线带来极大影响。为规避风险,并综合现场环境,本桥钢桁梁施工选择整体顶推施工技术,以减少对既有铁路、航道的影响。本文主要阐述余姚江特大桥钢桁梁顶推施工技术。The jacking construction method has advantages such as fast construction speed,low cost,high safety factor,small environmental impact,and good economic benefits.According to the planning of the Ningbo Third and Fourth Line project and the current navigation conditions of the Yuyao River,if the main span of the Yuyao River Grand Bridge is constructed using integral brackets for in-situ assembly,a large number of temporary structures will be required,which will greatly affect the navigation of the Yuyao River and the existing Hangzhou Shenzhen Line.In order to avoid risks and take into account the on-site environment,the construction of the steel truss beam of this bridge adopts the overall pushing construction technology to reduce the impact on existing railways and waterways.This article mainly elaborates on the top pushing construction technology of the steel truss beam of the Yuyao River Grand Bridge.
