摘 要:本文论述了井筒注浆堵水工艺及其技术方法,本次注浆为二次注浆施工难度大,通过对井筒壁后实施钻孔注浆的施工工艺,有效封堵了井壁后涌水,将注浆施工前井筒涌水量5.2m3/h,降为施工后涌水量为0.98 m3/h,堵水效果显著。该方案可以治理裂缝错综复杂、渗水点较散乱的立井水患,为同类地质条件下立井井筒注浆堵水提供借鉴。This article discusses the process and technical methods of wellbore grouting for water blocking.This grouting is a secondary grouting,which is difficult in construction.By implementing the construction process of drilling and grouting behind the wellbore wall,the water inflow behind the wellbore was effectively blocked.The water inflow before grouting construction was reduced to 5.2m3/h,and the water inflow after construction was reduced to 0.98m3/h.The water blocking effect is significant.This plan can control the complex cracks and scattered water seepage points in vertical wells,providing reference for grouting and water blocking in vertical shafts under similar geological conditions.
