摘 要:新发展形势下,一些复杂结构机械装置类申请的形式和内容都发生了变化,对传统审查策略和审查效率提升提出了新的挑战,本文积极探索持续提高审查质量和审查效率的实践路径,通过一个实际案例来说明了如何利用机械仿真技术证明此类产品申请是否公开充分,证据高效直接,信服力强,为该领域的审查模式创新提供新的思路和有益的借鉴。Under the new development situation,the form and content of applications for some complex structural mechanical devices have changed,posing new challenges to the traditional review strategy and the improvement of review efficiency.This paper actively explores the practical path to continuously improve the review quality and review efficiency,and illustrates how to use mechanical simulation technology to prove whether the application for such products is fully disclosed through a practical case.The evidence is efficient,direct and convincing,which provides new ideas and useful reference for the innovation of the examination mode in this field.
