摘 要:硬质聚氨酯泡沫以其优异的绝缘性能受到电力行业的广泛关注,可望逐步成为取代SF6、N2等气体绝缘材料的新型内绝缘材料之一。本文以硬质聚氨酯泡沫试样为研究对象,在测试了其基本介电和热力学性能参数后,研究了其短时工频击穿特性。研究结果表明硬质聚氨酯泡沫具有较高的工频介电强度,且基本不受高低温以及水分浸润的影响,可以保持足够的绝缘稳定性。Rigid polyurethane foam has been widely concerned by the power industry for its excellent insulation properties,and is expected to gradually become one of the new internal insulation materials to replace SF6,N2 and other gas insulation materials.In this paper,rigid polyurethane foam samples were studied.After measuring their basic dielectric and thermodynamic properties,the short-time power frequency breakdown characteristics were studied.The results show that the rigid polyurethane foam has high power frequency dielectric strength,and is not affected by high and low temperature and water infiltration,and can maintain sufficient insulation stability.
