摘 要:改革开放40多年变迁,我国经济南北差距扩大,南方城市对投资的吸引力增强,国内外资本越发聚集南方城市群,凸显城市提升投资吸引力的重要性。本文基于各地投资促进工作需要,在国内首次提出和界定“城市投资吸引力”概念以及测度方法。本文选取北京市、天津市、上海市、广州市、西安市和成都市的相关数据,计算、比较和分析六个城市的投资吸引力。研究结论显示,六个城市投资吸引力呈现出量的差别、不同发展变化特征,很好地刻画了现实发展情况,从而论证本文城市投资吸引力的界定和测度方法具有科学性和合理性。Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the economic gap between the north and the south of our country has widened,southern cities have become more attractive to investment,and domestic and foreign capital have increasingly gathered in southern urban agglomerations,highlighting the importance of cities to enhance investment attractiveness.Based on the needs of investment promotion work in various regions,this paper proposes and defines the concept and measurement method of"urban investment attractiveness"for the first time in China.This paper selects the relevant data of Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Xi'an and Chengdu to calculate,compare and analyze the investment attractiveness of the six cities.The research conclusion shows that the investment attractiveness of the six cities presents quantitative differences and different development and change characteristics,which well describe the actual development situation,thus demonstrating that the definition and measurement method of urban investment attractiveness in this paper is scientific and reasonable.
