山西省煤炭行业循环经济发展政策建议分析

摘　　要：山西省作为我国重要煤炭生产基地,其在当前社会发展中面临着资源节约和循环利用双重要求。基于此要求,结合山西省煤炭行业循环经济发展的必要性,提出基于政策促进山西省煤炭行业循环经济发展的相关要求,进而从财政政策和税收政策两个角度介绍促进山西省煤炭行业循环经济发展的政策建议,旨在为后续山西省煤炭行业循环经济发展提供政策建议参考。As an important coal production base in China,Shanxi Province is faced with the dual requirements of resource conservation and recycling in its current social development.Based on this requirement,combined with the necessity of circular economy development in coal industry of Shanxi Province,it points out the relevant requirements based on policies to promote circular economy development in coal industry of Shanxi Province,and then introduces policy suggestions to promote circular economy development in coal industry of Shanxi Province from two perspectives of fiscal policy and taxation policy,aiming to provide policy suggestions for reference for subsequent circular economy development in coal industry of Shanxi Province.
