摘　　要：在倡导低碳经济的今天,为了能够减少废旧电子电器对环境造成的污染,也为了提高资源利用率、减少网络运行成本,分别从政府、企业的角度出发,综合考虑回收网络中的运行成本和碳排放因素,为选址问题构建了一个双目标逆向物流回收网络模型,在备选地点中选择出合适的地点建设处理中心,旨在达到经济、环境目标的平衡统一。In today's low carbon economy,in order to reduce the environmental pollution caused by WEEE and to improve the resource utilization rate and reduce the network operation cost,a dual-objective reverse logistics recycling network model is constructed for the site selection problem from the perspectives of government and enterprises respectively,taking into account the operation cost and carbon emission factors in the recycling network,and selecting a suitable site among the alternative sites to build The results aim to achieve a balanced integration of economic and environmental objectives.
