摘  要:传统聚醚(PAG)由于具有许多优于烃类油的独特性能,数十年来已广泛用于润滑油行业。但其与烃类油的不兼容性,成为制约其应用拓展的主要瓶颈。近年来陶氏公司开发了一类新型的油溶性聚醚(UCON^(TM) OSP),这类独特的聚合物与APIⅠ至Ⅴ类的大部分基础油均有良好的溶解性,因此可以作为辅助基础油或者功能性助剂使用,从而为配方设计师提供了一种额外的选择来提升配方性能,例如沉积物控制、空气释放性、水解安定性,以及与极压、抗磨和防锈剂协同增效等。文章对油溶性聚醚作为辅助基础油和功能性助剂的应用研究进行了回顾和介绍,并对其机理进行了初步的探讨和分析,也对部分使用案例及实际效果进行了分享。Conventional Polyalkylene Glycol(PAG) has been widely used in the lubricant industry for decades due to its unique properties superior to hydrocarbon oils.However,its incompatibility with hydrocarbon oils has become the main bottleneck restricting its extended application.Recently,Dow has developed a new type of oil soluble polyalkylene glycol(UCON~(TM) OSP),a unique polymer with good solubility with most API Group I-V base oils.Therefore,it can be used as an auxiliary base oil or functional additive,thus providing an additional choice for formulators to improve the formula properties,such as sediment control,air release,hydrolytic stability,and creating the synergy with extreme pressure,anti-wear,and rust inhibition additives.In the paper,the application of oil soluble polyalkylene glycol as auxiliary base oil and functional additive is reviewed and introduced,and its mechanism is preliminarily discussed and analyzed.In addition,application cases and actual effects are also shared.
