摘 要:采用油膜轴承试验台研究建立了评价油膜轴承油的试验方法,并应用该方法研究了油膜轴承油中加入不同比例工业水后的润滑成膜性能。试验结果表明:油膜轴承油中含一定比例的工业水后其油膜厚度出现先增后降的趋势,极压抗磨性能有下降的趋势。最终通过自主研究建立的试验方法成功筛选出含水后润滑成膜性能较好的油膜轴承油。A test method for evaluating oil-film bearing oil was established by using the oil-film bearing oil test bench and the lubricating and film-forming properties of the oil-film bearing oil with different proportion of industrial water was studied with this method.The results show that the oil film thickness increases first and then decreases and the anti-wear and extreme pressure property decreases when there is a certain proportion of industrial water in the oil-film bearing oil.Finally,the oil-film bearing oil with good lubricating and film-forming properties in water-containing conditions was successfully screened out by the test method established by independent studies.
