摘  要:随着机械设备技术的不断发展,润滑油的品牌和种类在不断更迭,且润滑油在使用过程中也要根据定期检查的结果进行换油或补加。由于设备维修保养要求,换油或补加中应尽量避免润滑油的混用。但考虑到成本问题,不同品牌、批次的润滑油混用不可避免,这就对润滑油的相容性提出了很高的要求。文章对国内外液压油和汽轮机油的相容性试验方法进行了介绍,并对相容性检测方法进行了对比分析,为后续液压油和汽轮机油的相容性试验方法的发展提供了借鉴。With the advancement of machineries and technologies,the brands and types of lubricating oils are constantly changing,and the lubricating oil should be changed or replenished according to the results of regular inspections during use.Due to equipment maintenance requirements,mixed use of lubricating oils should be avoided where possible during oil change or replenishment.However,considering the cost,it is inevitable to mix lubricating oils of different brands and batches,which puts forward high requirements on the compatibility of lubricating oils.This paper presents and compares the hydraulic oil and turbine oil compatibility test methods in China and abroad,thereby providing a reference for subsequent development of hydraulic oil and turbine oil compatibility test methods.
