三维质量评价模式在眼科日间手术室感染控制中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨结构-过程-结果三维质量评价模式在眼科日间手术室感染控制中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2020年6—11月在北京同仁医院眼科日间手术室应用常规管理法进行感染控制的2905例手术患者和手术室卫生学监测样本作为对照组;选取2020年12月—2021年5月采用结构-过程-结果三维质量评价模式进行感染控制的3682例手术患者和手术室卫生学监测样本作为观察组。比较两组日间手术室感染控制指标,并调查52名工作人员对质量改进后感染控制的认可度。结果观察组的手术室空气培养检测合格率、外科手消毒检测合格率、物体表面检测合格率和手卫生依从性检测合格率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。60%以上的日间手术室工作人员认为感染控制的管理架构、结构和效果方面均出现了比较明显的改善。结论采用结构-过程-结果三维质量评价模式能提高眼科日间手术室的感染控制管理效果。Objective To explore the effects of the structure-process-outcome three-dimensional quality evaluation model in infection control in the Ophthalmology Day Surgery Operating Room.Methods By convenience sampling,2905 surgical patients and Operating Room hygiene monitoring samples during the infection control period using conventional management methods in the Ophthalmology Day Surgery Operating Room at Beijing Tongren Hospital from June to November 2020 were selected as the control group;3682 surgical patients and Operating Room hygiene monitoring samples during the infection control period using the structure-process-outcome three-dimensional quality evaluation model from December 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the observation group.The infection control indicators of the two groups in the Ophthalmology Day Surgery Operating Room were compared,and the staff's(n=52)approval of the quality improvement after infection control was investigated.Results The qualification rates of the observation group for Operating Room air culture detection,surgical hand disinfection detection,object surface detection,and hand hygiene compliance detection were all higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).More than 60%of the Ophthalmology Day Surgery Operating Room staff believed that there were relatively obvious improvements in the management structure,process,and outcome of infection control.Conclusions The application of the structure-process-outcome three-dimensional quality evaluation model can improve the effect of infection control management in the Ophthalmology Day Surgery Operating Room.
