摘　　要：海洋标准化是支撑海洋强国建设的战略性、基础性工作。随着海洋标准需求的不断增加,海洋标准立项工作中的问题不断涌现。加强海洋标准立项管理,从源头上为标准质量把关,具有较强的现实意义。本文以工作实际为基础,分析海洋标准立项工作中存在的问题,探讨新形势下的管理工作思路,提出有关对策和建议。Marine standardization is the strategic and fundamental work in supporting the construction of maritime power.With the increasing demands for marine standards,problems keep emerging in the process of standards project approval.It is of great practical significance to strengthen the management of marine standards and ensure standards quality from the source.Based on the practice,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the process of standards project approval,discusses the management measures under the new circumstances,and puts forward the related countermeasures and suggestions.
