关于规范检验检测机构资质认定能力附表中“产品/项目/参数”名称与类别的探讨

摘　　要：检验检测机构资质认定能力附表是市场监督管理部门依法对基本条件和技术能力符合法定要求的检验检测机构作出行政许可的核心要素,因此检验检测机构资质认定能力附表中“产品/项目/参数”名称与类别不仅要准确、规范,还应在不同的机构间尽量一致。本文从各检验检测机构填报的资质认定能力附表中“产品/项目/参数”名称与类别存在的问题出发,给出规范、统一填报检验检测机构资质认定能力附表中“产品/项目/参数”名称与类别的建议,为规范资质认定管理探索新思路。The capability table is the core element for the market supervision and management department to give administrative licenses to inspection and testing institutions whose basic conditions and technical capabilities meet the statutory requirements.Therefore,"product/project/parameter"names and categories in the capability table should not only be accurate and standardized,but also keep consistent among different organizations.This paper starts from the problems in the capability tables flled in by various institutions,and gives suggestions to standardize and unify the names and categories of"product/project/parameter"in the capability table,so as to explore new ideas for standardizing the management of qualification certification.
