定期标准化口腔护理对口腔正畸固定矫治患者的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:查看口腔正畸固定矫治患者接受定期标准化护理后的临床效果。方法:抽调河南护理职业学院行口腔正畸固定矫治的患者开展分析,以2020年3月至2022年3月就诊的资料作为样本,分组方式:抽签法,每组43例;实验组选用定期标准化护理,对照组实施传统口腔护理。指标查看为:并发症、口腔护理依从性、口腔卫生合格率、心理情绪数据。结果:数据汇总可知,入组前,两组病例的心理情绪状态水平一致,无可比性,P>0.05;干预后,实验组病例的负面情绪改善更为明显,对照组资料的数据较差,P<0.05;实验组并发症数据为2.33%,对照组并发症率为16.28%,差异较为明显,P<0.05;经干预后,实验组病例的护理依从性、卫生合格符合率均处于较高状态,差异较为明显,P<0.05。结论:口腔正畸固定矫治期间可采用定期的标准化口腔护理,进而提升临床矫治效果,加快预后恢复速度,满足其对口腔健康的需求。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of fixed orthodontic treatment patients after receiving regular standardized nursing care.Methods:The data of fixed orthodontic treatment in the hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were collected and analyzed.The patients were divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group by random draw.The patients in the experimental group were given regular standardized nursing,while the patients in the control group were given traditional oral nursing.The indexes were complications,oral nursing compliance,qualified rate of oral hygiene,psychological and emotional data.Results:Data summary showed that the level of psychological and emotional state of the two groups were identical before they were enrolled,and there was no comparability(P>0.05);after the intervention,the negative emotion of the experimental group was improved more obviously than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was 2.33%,while that of the control group was 16.28%(P<0.05);after intervention,the compliance of nursing and qualified rate of hygiene in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Regular standardized oral care can be used in fixed orthodontic treatment to improve the clinical effect,speed up the recovery of prognosis and meet the needs of oral health.
