CCU护理路径在急诊冠状动脉介入治疗患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:观察CCU(冠心病监护病房)护理路径应用于急诊冠状动脉介入治疗患者的积极效果。方法:本次医学研究以冠状动脉心脏病患者为对象,自愿参与研究的患者有100例,研究时段为2020年2月至2022年2月,将入选患者随机划分至两个独立的小组单元,对照组患者数量∶观察组患者数量=50∶50,予对照组常规护理方案,予观察组CCU护理路径方案。对比效果。结果:观察组和对照组比较心理状态、临床相关时间、并发症以及护理满意度等指标,结果显示前者均较优(P<0.05)。结论:急诊冠状动脉介入治疗患者临床上采用CCU护理路径方案后,住院时间较短,负面情绪得到明显缓解,安全性及满意度均较高。Objective:To observe the positive effect of CCU(coronary heart disease intensive care unit)nursing pathway applied to patients with emergency coronary intervention.Methods:A total of 1o0 patients with coronary heart disease who volunteered to participate in the study from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into two independent groups.The 50 patients in the control group were given routine nursing plan,and the 50 patients in the observation group were given the CCU nursing path plan.The effect was compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had better psychological status,clinical related time,complications and nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:After using the CCU nursing pathway scheme in emergency coronary intervention therapy,patients have a shorter hospital stay and significant relief of negative emotions,which has high safety and satisfaction.
