摘　　要：介绍了铸造车间空中铁液输送系统方案设计,包括设计要求、技术特点、方案布局及工艺流程,同时对设计要点进行了分析。通过采用铁液自动化输送系统将电炉至浇注机之间的工序进行有机连接,大大提升了铁液的输送效率。The design scheme of air conveying system for liquid iron in casting workshop is introduced,including design requirements,technical features,scheme layout and process flow.Through the use of automatic conveying system,the process between the electric furnace and the pouring machine is organically connected,which greatly improves the conveying efficiency of liquid iron.
