改性甲阶酚醛树脂在砂型3D打印铸造生产中的应用

摘　　要：介绍了新开发的砂型3D喷射用的改性甲阶酚醛树脂的特点及相关参数,同时介绍了与这种树脂相匹配的固化剂与喷头清洗剂。这种树脂具有砂型3D打印树脂需要的高纯净度、适当的黏度和表面张力参数,所开发的固化剂在满足铺砂要求的同时可和树脂正常交联硬化,达到砂型所需强度。这种砂型3D打印树脂在烟台冰轮智能铸造车间进行了实际打印生产应用,测试了不同树脂加入量条件下的砂型强度,砂型浇注的铸件表面质量良好,并进行了连续几个月的打印生产,满足铸造生产要求。This paper introduces the characteristics and related parameters of the modified phenolic resin for 3D spraying of environmentally friendly sand developed by Jingci Technology.It is stated that the sand 3D resin should have high purity,appropriate viscosity and surface tension parameters.The addition of curing agent should not only meet the requirements of sand laying,but also make the resin cross-link and harden normally,so as to establish a certain strength of sand.The sand 3D printing resin was applied to the actual printing production in Moon-Tech intelligent casting workshop,and the strength of the sand mold under different resin addition conditions was tested.The surface quality of the sand casting was good,and the printing production was carried out for several months.
