《民商法综合实训》课程“非诉讼法律实务实训”模块设计——以贵州警察学院为例

摘　　要：贵州警察学院针对本科法学专业学生开设《民商法综合实训》课程的目的 ,在于让学生转变思维模式,通过不断训练,把书本中的知识转化为在实际工作生活中,解决法律问题的技能。“民商事非诉讼法律实务实训”模块围绕常见的五大类民商事非诉讼实务展开设计,由具有丰富实践经验的教师带领学生进行五个阶段的学习实训,不断提升学生相关业务技能,为日后成为一名合格的法律工作者打下基础。Guizhou Police College offers a course called"Comprehensive Practical Training on Civil and Commercial Law"to undergraduate law students.The aim is to help students transform their thinking mode and develop the skills to apply learned knowledge from textbooks to solve legal problems in practical work and life.The module of"Civil and Commercial Non-litigation Practical Training"in this course is designed around five common types of civil and commercial non-litigation practice.Guided by teachers with rich practical experience,students are required to carry out five stages of learning and practical training,through which they can constantly improve professional skils and lay a solid foundation for becoming qualified legal professionals in the future.
