摘　　要：介绍了建材行业标准JC/T 482—2022《聚氨酯建筑密封胶》的修订背景、目的及主要技术指标变化情况。新版标准修改了挤出性、适用期、质量损失率等项目的技术指标和试验方法,新增了高位移能力级别(50,35)和“人工气候老化后粘结性”项目。新标准发布实施后,对提高产品质量、工程使用寿命及我国建材产业的整体竞争力有极大的推动作用。The background,purpose and changes of main technical indexes of building materials industry standard JC/T 482—2022 Polyurethane Sealant for Building were introduced in this paper.The new version of the standard had modified the requirements and test methods of extrusion,pot life,mass loss rate and other items,and added the high movement capability classes(50,35)and adhesion after artificial climate aging items.After the new version standard was issued and implemented,the product quality,engineering service life and the overall competitiveness of the building materials would be greatly improved.
