摘 要:按照ISO 105-B06:2020(E)测试方法对超纤革聚氨酯涂层的耐光老化进行了研究,分析了涂层树脂、固化剂、涂层颜料和耐光老化助剂对涂层耐光老化的影响,提出了提升超纤革聚氨酯涂层耐光老化性能的方法。研究表明,在涂层树脂方面使用脂肪族聚氨酯替代芳香族聚氨酯可以提高涂层耐光老化性能,在涂层树脂中添加一定量的固化剂可以进一步提升脂肪族聚氨酯涂层的耐光老化性能;在颜料方面,采用无机颜料替代有机颜料可以得到耐光老化性能更优的涂层;而在涂层中添加耐光老化助剂,能提升涂层的耐光老化性能,但存在助剂迁移到涂层表面的风险。The light aging resistance of polyurethane coating for microfiber fiber synthetic leather was studied according to the test method of ISO 105-B06:2020(E).The effects of coating resin,curing agent,pigment and light-aging-resistant additives on the light-aging resistant of the coating were analyzed.A method of improving the light aging resistance of polyurethane coating for superfine fiber synthetic leather was proposed.The results showed that using aliphatic polyurethane instead of aromatic polyurethane in the coating resin could improve the light aging resistance of the coating.The light aging resistance could be further improved when a certain amount of curing agent was added to the coating resin.The coating with better light aging resistance could be obtained by replacing organic pigments with inorganic pigments.The light aging resistance could be significantly improved when light-aging-resistant additives were added to the coating.However,there was a risk that light-aging-resistant additives would migrate to the surface.
