摘  要:采用9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)与乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(YDH-171)和羟基化纳米SiO_(2)反应制备了新型结构的阻燃剂DOPO-g-SiO_(2),将其添加到聚脲树脂的B组分中,B组分与MDI型半预聚体(A组分)反应,制备了阻燃型喷涂聚脲弹性体。讨论了DOPO-g-SiO_(2)用量对聚脲弹性体的力学性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,在B组分中添加质量分数15%的阻燃剂DOPO-g-SiO_(2)时,阻燃型喷涂聚脲弹性体综合性能最优,拉伸强度达到14.21 MPa,断裂伸长率为305%,撕裂强度为62 N/mm,LOI为26.1%。A new type flame retardant DOPO-g-SiO_(2) were synthesized with 9,10-dihydrogen-9-oxygen-10-phosphorus-10-oxide(DOPO),vinyl trimethylsilane(YDH-171)and hydroxylated nano-SiO_(2),and was added to the component B of polyurea resin.The flame retardant spray polyurea elastomer was prepared with component B and component A(the MDI semi-prepolymer).The effects of the DOPO-g-SiO_(2) dosage on the mechanical properties and flame retardant of the spray polyurea elastomer were discussed.The results showed that,when the flame retardant DOPO-g-SiO_(2) was 15%in component B,the comprehensive performance of spray polyure elastomer was optimal with the tensile strength of 14.2 MPa,the elongation at break of 305%,the tear strength of 62 N/mm and LOI of 26.1%.
