摘  要:通过小试研究了工艺路线、不同种类的低聚物二醇、二异氰酸酯、扩链剂等原料对聚氨酯胶片的力学性能、光学透明性的影响,确定实验配方和工艺路线。通过中试确定弹性体浇注机浇注物料和挤出机流延挤出的工艺参数(机头温度190℃,螺杆转速50 r/min)。结果表明,采用聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMEG)、4,4′-二异氰酸酯二环己基甲烷(HMDI)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为主要原料,R值为1.06~1.08,硬段质量分数39%~41%时,制备的胶片性能适合应用于层合玻璃行业。The effects of process route,different kinds of oligomer diols,diisocyanates,chain extender on the mechanical properties and optical transparency of the polyurethane films were studied through lab scale experiment,and the experimental formula and process route were determined.The process parameters of the cast material of the elastomer depositor and the cast extrusion of the extruder were determined by pilot testing.The results showed that the film prepared with polytetrahydrofuran glycol(PTMEG),4,4′-diisocyanate dicyclohexylmethane(HMDI),and 1,4-butanediol(BDO)as the materials,R value 1.06~1.08 and hard segment mass fraction 39%~41%,were suitable for the laminated glass industry.
