摘  要:0 INTRODUCTION Critical metals are a recently proposed classification for strategic metal resources in the world. These metals are essential and critical for modern industry and economic development but face high supply risks(Hou et al., 2020). Four groups of critical metals are proposed, namely, rare metals(e. g., Li, Be, Rb, Cs, Nb, Ta, Zr, Hf, W and Sn).
