摘 要:多能协同互济的综合能源利用趋势使得能源系统之间变得更加互联相依。在极端天气来临前,主动对应急资源进行优化调度部署,能够极大程度减少极端天气对互联能源系统造成的冲击、提升能源系统的弹性水平。为此,以典型的电-气互联能源系统为对象,提出了一种应急资源灾前协同调度策略。首先,根据灾害预测信息计算线路的失效风险,筛选待决策集合,建模固定/移动发电机、移动储气罐、燃气管网三者间的燃料交换过程。然后,以灾后电、气负荷供应程度最大化为目标,文中建立了考虑线路加固、固定/移动发电机、移动储气罐灾前协同调度的数学优化模型,并通过对天然气网络的非凸管网约束进行凸松弛处理,实现了高效求解。最后,结合算例验证了所提方法的有效性。The trend of multi-energy coordination and mutual assistance of integrated energy utilization makes energy systems more interconnected and interdependent.By taking the initiative to optimize the dispatch and deployment of emergency resources before extreme weather,the impact of extreme weather on interconnected energy systems(IESs)can be greatly reduced and the resilience level of energy systems can be improved.To this end,a pre-disaster collaborative dispatch strategy of emergency resources is proposed for a typical electricity-gas IES.First,the failure risk of lines is calculated based on disaster prediction information,the set to be decided is screened,and the fuel exchange process among fixed/mobile generators,mobile gas storage tanks and gas pipeline network is modeled.Then,with the objective of maximizing the degree of electricity and gas load supply after the disaster,this paper establishes a mathematical optimization model considering the pre-disaster collaborative dispatch of line reinforcement,fixed/mobile generators and mobile gas storage tanks.The efficient solution is achieved by convex relaxation of the non-convex pipe network constraints of the natural gas network.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by cases.
