浅谈FM投保项目与国标项目消防设计的主要差异

摘　　要：结合具体项目实例,从消防水泵房、消防水池、消防水泵及其出水管与吸水管、自动喷水灭火系统及其设置场所与系统组件、消火栓系统、气体灭火系统等方面总结对比了FM投保项目和国标项目在消防设计上的主要区别,分别阐述了FM遵循的FMDS及NFPA系列标准和国标标准制定的意图,并且提供了设计做法及建议。Combined with specific project examples,this paper summarizes and compares the main differences in fire protection design between FM insurance project and national standard project from the aspects of fire pump house,fire pool,fire pump and its outlet pipe and suction pipe,automatic sprinkler system and its setting place and system components,fire hydrant system,gas fire extinguishing system,etc.,and respectively expounds the intention of FMDS and NFPA series standards and national standard standards that FM follows,it also provides suggestions on design practices.
