常州市天宁区某老旧小区排水改造问题研究

摘　　要：分析老旧小区改造过程中遇到的共性和个性问题,提出改造方案需“一区一策”,不能“生搬硬套”。以常州市某老旧小区改造为例,梳理分析现状问题并提出解决方案,结果表明,老旧小区排水海绵改造设计方案需要根据当地排水规划及周边市政管网现状情况,综合各方面因素提出改造方案。This paper analyzes the common and individual problems encountered in the reconstruction of old residential areas,and puts forward that the reconstruction plan should be"one district with one policy",rather than copy.Taking the renovation of an old residential area in Changzhou city as an example,this paper combs and analyzes the current problems and puts forward solutions.The research results show that the renovation design of drainage sponge in the old residential area should be based on the local drainage planning and the current situation of the surrounding municipal pipe network,and comprehensive factors to put forward the renovation plan.
