摘  要:为进一步提高连续梁桥的施工质量,论文探讨了连续梁桥施工常见问题和施工过程中的工艺改进措施。以某连续梁为研究对象,探讨张拉顺序不同时对其受力性能的影响。通过有限元分析软件Midas Civil建模对比分析在两种张拉方法下梁体挠度值和梁体应力值。从结果看,建议采用“交替张拉边跨和中跨”的顺序张拉预应力。同时从优化钢筋和钢束管道间距,连续梁浇筑多孔振捣,预应力管道及钢筋的定位工艺3方面提出连续梁桥的施工工艺改进措施。In order to further improve the construction quality of continuous beam bridge,the paper discusses the common problems in continuous beam bridge construction and the technological improvement measures in the construction process.Taking a continuous beam as the research object,the influence of different tensioning sequence on its mechanical properties is discussed.The finite element analysis software Midas Civil was used to model and compare the deflection value and stress value of the beam body under the two tensioning methods.According to the results,it is suggested to adopt the sequential tensioning prestressing of alternating side span and middle span.At the same time,the improvement measures of construction technology of continuous beam bridge are put forward from three aspects:optimizing the distance between steel bar and steel bundle pipe,porous vibration of continuous beam pouring,and positioning technology of prestressed pipe and steel bar.
