摘 要:长距离拉管、电缆穿管敷设穿越一直是定向钻长距离穿越施工的难题。中铁承建的供水工程——黄沙古渡泵站供电线路工程采用定向钻成功穿越黄河,其穿越距离为1140 m。本工程采用单向穿越、直缝钢管作为套管的方案进行钻越施工,实施过程中解决了长距离穿越导向孔精确定位、砂岩层中长距离穿越及管道回拖的难题。Long-distance drawing pipes and cable laying and traversing through pipes have always been a difficult problem in the long-distance traversing construction of directional drills.The water supply project undertaken by China Railway-Huangsha Gudu Pumping Station Power Supply Line Project used directional drilling to successfully cross the Yellow River with a crossing distance of 1140m.This project adopts one-way crossing and straight-seam steel pipe as the casing for drilling over construction.During the implementation process,it solves the problems of precise positioning of long-distance crossing guide holes,medium and long-distance crossing in sandstone layer,and pipeline dragging back.
