摘　　要：工程项目代建制度在各地逐渐得到推广应用,已经取得了较佳的成效,但也存在着一些亟待解决的问题。论文阐述了工程项目代建制度在高校建设中的作用及意义,分析了工程项目代建制度目前存在的问题,以高校业主单位视角深入探讨在代建管理中的对策和措施。The agency construction system of engineering projects has been gradually popularized and applied in various places,and has achieved good results,but there are still some problems that need to be solved urgently.This paper first expounds the role and significance of the agency construction system of engineering projects in the construction of colleges and universities,and then analyzes the current problems of the agency construction system for engineering projects.
