聚乙烯亚胺处理脱墨浆对浆纸性质的影响

摘　　要：利用聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)处理脱墨浆,研究其对浆料中溶解与胶体物质(DCS)以及浆料和纸张性能的影响。结果表明:优化的PEI处理工艺为PEI用量0.204%,处理时间5 min,此条件下脱墨浆中DCS的固含量、阳离子需求量、浊度和化学需氧量分别下降6.2%、85.1%、82.1%和48.1%;利用处理后的脱墨浆与漂白硫酸盐浆配抄,与对照样相比,纸料的打浆度下降15°SR,手抄片的抗张指数、撕裂指数和耐破指数分别提高了3.0%,21.8%和9.1%。The deinked pulp was treated with polyethylene imide(PEI),and its effects on the dissolved and colloidal substances(DCS)in the pulp and the properties of pulp and paper were studied.The results showed that the optimized treatment process was PEI dosage of 0.204%and treatment time of 5 min.Under this condition,the solid content,cationic demand,turbidity and chemical oxygen demand of DCS in deinked pulp decreased by 6.2%,85.1%,82.1%and 48.1%,respectively.Compared with the control sample,when the treated deinked pulp was mixed with bleached kraft pulp,the beating degree of the stock was decreased by 15°SR,and the tensile index,tear index and burst index of the handsheet was increased by 3.0%,21.8%and 9.1%,respectively.
