摘 要:为进一步拓展纸质滤棒在卷烟中的使用范围,研究了细支规格纸质滤棒关键工艺技术,制备了8种不同材料及工艺参数的纸质滤棒,考察了滤棒成型用烙铁结构、成型纸规格、原纸规格对细支纸质滤棒的影响,并通过开展复合滤棒制作,评价纸质滤棒的应用效果。结果表明:弧形烙铁能有效改善小圆周细支纸质滤棒的外观,提高滤棒搭口强度;宽度18.5 mm的成型纸,可以提高滤棒成型稳定性,减少滤棒搭口翘边,高定量(40 g·m^(-2))成型纸可以弥补细支纸质滤棒硬度偏低问题;相对无皱纸原纸,起皱纸的抗张强度低、拉伸率和厚度较高,有利于原纸上机使用的稳定性;相同原纸宽度时,起皱纸的压降以及硬度指标要高于无皱纸材料;研究并优选了细支纸质滤棒的关键技术及材料,并将其应用在细支复合滤棒产品中,考察其使用效果。In order to further expand the application of paper filter rods in cigarettes,the key technology of the slim paper filter rod was studied,and eight paper filter rods with different materials and process parameters had been prepared.The influence of the forming iron structure,the forming paper and the base paper specifications on the slim paper filter rods were investigated.The application effect of the paper filter rod was evaluated through the production of composite filter rods.The results show that the arc soldering iron can effectively improve the appearance of the small circle paper filter rods and improve the strength of the filter rod.The forming paper with a width of 18.5 mm can improve the stability of the filter rod and reduce the edge of the filter rod.The high quantitative(40 g·m^(-2))forming paper can make up for the problem of low hardness of slim paper filter rod.Compared with non-wrinkled base paper,wrinkle paper has low tensile strength,high tensile rate and thickness,which is conducive to the stability of base paper.The stability of the machine is used;when the width of the same original paper,the pressure drop and the hardness index of wrinkles are higher than the wrinkle-free paper materials.When the width of base paper was same,the pressure drop and hardness index of wrinkled paper were higher than those of non-wrinkled paper.In this work,the key technologies and materials of thin paper filter rod were studied and selected,and applied in thin composite filter rod products,and its application effect on thin composite filter rod was investigated.
