摘 要:探讨在临床输血学的教学培训中,网络教学发挥的平台作用和其实用性。本研究通过构建互联网+APP教学培训管理平台,针对实习生、进修人员及输血科在岗人员等不同群体,制定个性化教学培训课程及考核方案,达到省时高效的培训效果。结果显示,实习生的考核成绩均达标,90分以上占66%,80~90分占34%;进修人员及在岗人员考核成绩均在90分以上,明显提升了自身业务水平。该教学模式教学资源稳定,以受教者为中心,不拘泥于传统的时空限制,高效省时,易于接受。In order to explore the platform role and practicability of network teaching in the teaching and training of clinical blood transfusion.By building an"Internet+APP"teaching and training management platform,this research develops personalized teaching and training courses and assessment plans for different groups such as interns,trainees and on-the-job staff in the blood transfusion department,so as to achieve time-saving and high-efficient training results.The results showed that the interns'assessment scores were all up to standard,with more than 90 points accounting for 66%and 80-90 points accounting for 34%.The assessment scores of the trainees and on-the-job personnel were above 90 points,which showed that they had significant improvement of their professional level.The teaching resources of this teaching mode are stable,centered on the trainees,free from traditional time and space constraints,high-efficient,time-saving,and easy to accept.
