摘 要:目的:研究不同组合基质和施肥水平对番红花生长发育及光合特性的影响。方法:采用基质盆栽方法对番红花进行菌渣组合基质和施肥耦合试验。结果:J1、J2、J3基质理化性质较好,F3J3、F3J1、F2J3和F2J1处理均能提高番红花生长发育指标和光合参数,其它各处理也不同程度高于土壤栽培(CK)。结论:同施肥水平下,J1和J3基质栽培效果较好,其次为J2、J4、CK;同基质栽培条件下,较佳施肥水平为0.25 g/kg(F2)、0.40 g/kg(F3),0.10 g/kg(F1)、0.55 g/kg(F4)会引起营养亏缺和施肥过量。光合响应曲线结果显示,番红花光饱和点较低,属低光照植物。Objective:The effects of different substrate combinations and fertilization levels on the growth physiology and photosynthetic characteristics of saffron were studied.Methods:Matrix potted plant method was used in the experiment of bacterial residue substrate and fertilization coupling.Results:The physical and chemical properties of the J1,J2 and J3 were good matrix,treatments of F3J3,F3J1,F2J3 and F2J1 could improve the growth and development indexes and photosynthetic parameters of saffron,and other treatments were also exceed than that of soil culture(CK).Conclusion:J1 and J3 matrix had good cultivation effects,followed by J2,J4 and CK in the same fertilization level.The optimum fertilization levels were F2(0.25 g/kg)and F3(0.40 g/kg),and levels of F1(0.10 g/kg)and F4(0.55 g/kg)could cause nutrient deficiency and excess in the same matrix culture.The simulation results of photosynthetic response curve show that saffron had a low light saturation point,and was used for lower photosynthetic plant.
